Product description
Sakai Takayuki 33-Layer Damascus VG-10 Hammered Gyuto – 240mm
A beautiful Japanese chef’s knife from Sakai Takayuki, made by Aoki Hamono in Sakai, Japan, a knife-making centre with a 600-year history. The hand-hammered (tsuchime) finish over 33 layers of Damascus steel helps food release and shows off the layered pattern right down to the edge.
