Product description
Selling my Tatsuo Ikeda White #2 Honyaki usuba, signed 正行作 (Masayuki-saku) on the tang.
Beautiful traditional honyaki blade with a full mirror finish and a very prominent wavy hamon.
The handle and saya were custom made as a matching set. The handle uses a removable pin/mekugi, allowing the entire handle to be removed and the signed tang to be inspected, as shown in the photos.
The knife has been used and sharpened. There are normal signs of use, so please check the photos carefully for the current condition and finish.
Comes with the matching custom saya shown.
Selling as part of thinning out my collection.
