Product description
This knife was forged from Tamahagane steel, sourced from Japan’s Shimane Prefecture. Using traditional katana-forging techniques, I refined the raw material and shaped the blade entirely by hand.
Knife is great for long, precise slices.
Handle made out of rosewood and buffalo horn.
San mai blade construction ( high carbon Tamahagane at the edge, low carbon Tamahagane at the sides. ) Very delicate cloudy hamone line
Enjoy traditions !
