Product description
This knife was forged from Tamahagane steel, sourced from Japan’s Shimane Prefecture. Using traditional katana-forging techniques, I refined the raw material and shaped the blade entirely by hand. This particular gyuto excels at precision cutting.
This particular knife has very wide hamone line, full of Nie and Noij.
Handle was made out of rosewood, metal bolster and buffalo horn.
