Product description
Tall nakiri at 170x78 from Kyohei Shindo, made as a custom order for Tokushu Knife. Comes with a walnut and buffalo horn handle.
I am the second owner, this knife has now travelled from the US to Australia to Finland.
I've polished and rounded the spine and choil and put on a bit of patina. It has been used and lightly sharpened on a Chocera 3k.
Comes in original packaging.
