Product description
semi-integral with a crazy deep etched wrought iron twist. It deliveres on all fronts. The wrought iron is from an old Japanese ship anchor that Mr. Yamada sources and forge welds himself onto Blue 1 steel (my favorite Japanese steel). All work is done by him from the lamination all the way to grinding and polish. If you’re into stone polishing then this would be a perfect one to bring out even more character on the bevels. Perfect size for portioning primals and as a BBQ slicer.
