Chinese Cleaver from UK blacksmith Knot Handcrafted.
Great fit and finish.
Mono steel 52100 blade with burnt oil finish.
Received from Martin Huber, I sharpened it on arrival.
Very thin but stiff and sturdy at the same time.
Some signs of use and patina throughout.
Beautiful octagonal rosewood handle with hammered copper.
Doesn't come in a box.
