Product description
Very nice Chinese cleaver from Hinokuni.
Great cutter, very thin bte (see choil), rustic Ku finish.
Shirogami 1 core, carbon cladding.
Beautiful mono oak handle.
Used few times in perfect condition, very light patina showing.
Stropped on a chosera 3k, laquer removed.
Blade is slightly unaligned in the handle towards the right side as often happens, on a pinch grip it won't make any difference.
Specs
183x67 mm, 285 grams, 3.7 mm spine out of the handle.
