Slicing knife from Matsubara Hamono.
Nashiji finish, aogami 2 core and stainless clad.
Very stiff blade, tapers nicely to an extreme thin tip ( see pic).
Brand new, I've just removed the lacquer and smoothened and sealed the handle, an octagonal walnut and horn ferrule.
Ootb edge is very good, extremely sharp.
