I have a large Takeda chuka bocho, 235 mm blade length. I am a professional chef of 25 years and used this knife in my home only. I have babied it over the 2 years I have had it. Well my hands are starting to hurt now due to arthritis and I don't use it anymore. The blade has never been chipped, and no other damage has occurred. Sale includes a handmade custom sheath (leather).
