Giesser messerfabrik is a German family company making knives for 6 generations. Stainless steel and wooden handle made of kotibe wood make for a great combination and performance when cutting nice, even steaks. The bend at the end is specially designed for easier steak cutting. We're selling our old stock so get them while you can.
