Giesser messerfabrik is a German family company making knives for 6 generations. Stainless steel and wooden handle made of kotibe wood make for a great combination and performance when cutting nice, even steaks or other meat processing activities. We're selling our old stock so get them while you can. If you buy more then one, we can talk about some serious discounts ;)
