Up for a sale a recently grabbed Shindo Bunko, since they are so hype i wanted to give it a try, performance wise its insanely good, just the finish is not for me.

Lacquer still on the blade, cut 1 chicken breast, a carrot and a paper towel.
Factory edge
Has really nice S grind to it, super super thin behind the edge, fit and finish is great and straight blade.
