SKD is very easy to care for and has great edge life, toughness, and sharpens very easily. Extremely even grind that are very thin behind the edge. Compact but tops in terms of cutting performance and overall fit and finish. Flat grind and consistent spine give forward cutting feel which is great given the knife length. Perfect for quick small preps. Sharp out of the box and never sharpened or stropped.
