Product description
BNIB hard to find knife by Yu Kurosaki with his signature "Fujin" tsuchime pattern on the incredible looking kurouchi stainless jigane. Ground beautifully towards the edge, the jigane is then kasumi-polished before exposing the Aogami Super core, which is heat-treated to 62 HRC and extremely thin behind the edge. Handle is rosewood with pakka ferule.
