Wakui, a former apprentice at the prestigious Yoshikane Hamono, is renowned for his incredible grinds and precision craftsmanship.
This Nakiri (vegetable knife) features a rustic and elegant 'Nashiji' (pear skin) finish.
The blade core is made of White Paper Steel #2 (Shirogami), famous for its ability to take a razor-sharp edge,
clad in stainless steel to make maintenance easier while protecting the reactive core.
