Product description
Hello everyone
I am letting this beaut go, since it doesn't see a lot of use in my collection which is a shame.
This is a true mid weight wide bevel, not kyozo level thin, but still cuts very, very well.
Those who don't know how hard togashi-san's white #1 are in for a treat.
I have sharpened it once, since the factory edge was not good. I have used to prep 6-7 (🤪) meals in total
There are some small scratches on the bevel, on the right side, which came from a plastic saya. They don't seem to be that deep, and could probably be hidden with some stone powder or a fine felt polishing pad. I will leave that up to you :)
The handle has some of the most beautiful ziricote i have ever seen, and i must admit I was considering keeping the handle, but alas.
