Very high performance knife from TxN, but unfortunately don't see much use since I prefer 240's for most tasks.
I have sharpened this once on a fine natural stone, and used the knife maybe 7 times in total (I am a home cook). So the knife is in very good condition with a slight patina.
I have upgraded the handle to a nice rosewood with blonde horn ferule.
