Product description
For sale is a Hamono Anryu 270mm Sujihiki. The blade is Aogami (Blue) Super with a hammered Kurouchi finish. The Sujihiki is designed to slice boneless meats and fish. The handle is “D” shape made of Shitan Rosewood.
I bought the knife new several years ago. It has never been used or sharpened. Taken out of the box only to photograph and measure.
This is from the Anryu workshop, made by Takumi Ikeda, Katsushige Anryu’s nephew.
