Product description

This is a very cool blade with an original shape.
Called Tall Bunka, is more a Chinese cleaver to me both on feel and weight. Workhorse kind of blade.
Kenji Togashi is the bladesmith who forged it.
Very rustic look, intentionally not polished on spine and coil.
Steel is White 2, not sharpened or stropped, arrived very sharp (can go through kitchen paper with ease).
Handle is octagonal bubinga with ebony collar.
Blade is new, did a few cut tests, don't even remember if some kind of patina is there, is oiled at the moment and not visible (feel free to ask if you want me to check).
