Product description
Selling as a set these Vietnam Made knives.
Kiritsuke and Gyuto are V3 version with 52100 steel, Fish knife is their classic leaf spring carbon steel.
Fit and finish is nothing spectacular on the blade, handles on the contrary are well above their price point. I've eased the choils of the long knives.
They are very thin so besides what you might think are not meant to be abused.
All good as new, sharpened once on a chosera 1k, used barely.
If you want a model in particular we can talk but I would prefer to sell it as a set:
Kiritsuke 240 mm octagonal ebony and brass handle
Gyuto 210 octagonal ebony and brass handle
Fish knife (good for zombies as well) oval rosewood and ebony handle.
They come without a box as you probably know.
