Product description
Master Ashi hamono boning knife in great condition (not used much).
Swedish stainless steel, sharpened twice (has a chosera 3k edge atm).
Spine and choil are polished, ho wood wa handle is very high quality (has been sanded and waxed, improved from original). With black buffalo horn.
Since it was a custom order, you can see a laser engraved Kenji on the back, where there are a few scratches from use/sharpening.
