Product description
One of a kind gyuto from the Swedish blade Smith Frederick Spare.
Blade is in in house forged Aeb-l stainless steel. Handle is a beautiful octagonal curly black maple with textured brass ferrule.
Fit and finish is perfect, polished spine and heel.
Very thin grind, choil in pictures.
Brand new, just touched the edge with a chosera 3k, edge ootb was not the best, now is very sharp.
No box cause it doesn't come with any.
