Product description

Beautiful Nakiri by master blacksmith Wakui from Sanjo.
Knife cuts beautifully and is very sharp (sharpened once on chosera 3k improving the mediocre ootb edge). Superb grind.
Used a couple times, little to no signs of use, there's patina on the core I can remove on request.
White 2 carbon steel stainless clad, polished spine and rounded choil. Kurouchi plus Tsushime finish.
Handle is octagonal burnt chestnut with horn treated and sealed by me.
