Beautiful kurouchi tsushime finish as all Kisuke Manaka knives. This Nakiri is in aogami 2 with stainless clad for easy maintainance.
Knife is new, just lightly sharpened on a chosera 3k cause arrived pretty dull and did some cut tests (light signs of patina in the tip area).
Very thin blade (see choil shot)
Handle is in walnut and buffalo horn.
