Ashi hamono is famous for his laser convex grinds, spine out of the handle is 1,7 mm.
This santoku is made of aebl stainless steel extra hardened to 61 HRC, hitohira branded.
Feather light at 100 grams, big ho wood and horn handle that has been treated.
Specs are 180x46,5 (168 edge)
There are a few very light signs on the left of the blade to be seen only on indirect light impossible to capture, possibly from rack,
otherwise like new, not sharpened.
