Product description
This is the first rendition of the famous JNS butcher by Munetoshi (was listed as Itinimonn IIRC) with different kanji than the actual offer.
Top notch shirogami steel treatment, very bity, knife feels like a tank but is not meant to crush bones anyway.
Rustic Kurouchi finish.
Used a few times, sharpened once (cerax 1k, red aoto).
Handle is d shaped magnolia and buffalo horn I've sanded and sealed (very rough on arrival). Video link attached.
